• Marketing the property using the major property websites and local newspapers
• Arranging and accompanying viewings with pre-qualified tenants
• Upon receipt of a suitable application undertaking thorough tenant referencing
• Arranging execution of the tenancy agreement
• Moving the tenant in and lodging the deposit with the DPS
• Collecting monthly rents and making the remittance direct to the landlord’s bank account
• Pursuit of late payments (if necessary)
• Tenant liaison and management of maintenance issues
• 6-monthly property inspection
• Management of safety certificates and obligations
• Renewal of the tenancy or service of notifications for conclusion of the tenancy
• Check out tenant and management of deposit repayment upon conclusion of the tenancy
